The Siam Hotel’s vice president, Marisa Sukosol Nunbhakdi will during the session discuss the collections of Thai art, celadon and ceramics, silverware and Benjarong, antique teak cabinets and Hun Krabog puppets showed at the hotel.
These antiques and artworks belong to the hotel’s owners, the Sukosol family. The hotel’s architecture and design are noteworthy as well and Marisa, who has a Columbia University New York art history degree, will explain these features and their influences, which include palace architecture from the reigns of Kings Rama V and Rama VI. A place should be reserved by October 3.
